JAKARTA, JAKTIMES.COM- PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) Perseroda is showcasing a replica of a Formula E racing car on Car Free Day (CFD) in the Bundaran HI area, on Sunday (5/29). The 1:1 replica racing car will be on display until the Jakarta E-Prix takes place.
PT Jakpro President Director Widi Amansto said that the replica racing car deliberately shown off as part of the Jakarta E-Prix event.
“Everyone should watch and enjoy it considering that not everyone can watch it live, because the tickets are almost sold out,” said Widi as quoted by Jaktimes.com from the official website of the DKI Jakarta Government (29/5).
Until today, all preparations for the race have entered the final stage, where the team from Formula E Operations (FEA) will visit the location for homologation shortly.
The event will be held on the upcoming Saturday (6/4), which is a sign that Indonesia, especially Jakarta, has entered the era of sustainability by conducting the electronification of racing vehicles.
Apart from introducing racing cars, the existence of the racing car was also in the context of promoting eco-friendly electronic vehicles.
