JAKARTA, JAKTIMES.COM – PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), also known as Jakpro, has officially announced a new composition of its Board of Commissioners. The reshuffle, formalized through a Resolution of Shareholders (KPPS), is part of an internal refresh aimed at strengthening corporate governance and addressing Jakarta’s future development challenges.
“We believe the synergy between experience and new energy will bring positive impact to Jakpro’s future journey,” said Jakpro’s VP Corporate Secretary, Yeni Widayanti, on Monday (August 4, 2025).
New Strategy, Fresh Energy
According to Yeni, the changes align with Jakpro’s long-term vision as a key partner in building a sustainable and globally-minded capital city.

“This composition reflects continuity and Jakpro’s commitment to strengthening oversight while embracing fresh perspectives to tackle urban development challenges,” Yeni added.
Advancing Jakarta’s Key Projects
As one of Jakarta’s strategic regional-owned enterprises (BUMD), Jakpro plays a central role in a number of priority development projects. These include the Jakarta LRT Phase 1B, management of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), revitalization of Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM), and the development of green areas and integrated housing.
“All of these projects demand solid, professional governance that can adapt to change,” she said.
Yeni emphasized Jakpro’s ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainable development that provides real value for Jakarta’s residents.

The Jakpro management also expressed deep appreciation to the former Board of Commissioners for their dedication and contributions during a crucial phase of the company’s transformation.
