JAKARTA, JAKTIMES.COM — Good news for football fans in Indonesia. The Indonesia U-17 national team is set to play an International U-17 Friendly Match against China, with affordable ticket prices making it easier for supporters to watch the young Garuda squad in action.
The two friendly matches will be held at Indomilk Arena Stadium, Tangerang, as part of Indonesia U-17’s preparation for the AFC U-17 Asian Cup 2026, which will take place in Saudi Arabia.
The first match is scheduled for Sunday, February 8, 2026, with kick-off at 9:00 PM WIB, while the second match will be played on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, kicking off earlier at 6:30 PM WIB.
To boost attendance, the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) has set ticket prices at a very affordable level. Tickets are available in two categories — Mandiri Garuda West and Freeport Garuda East — both priced at IDR 50,000.
Ticket sales began on Monday (February 2) via the Livin’ by Mandiri application through the link bmri.id/TimnasMandiri. Tickets will also be available on the official KitaGaruda.id website at kitagaruda.id/ticket, starting Thursday (February 5).
PSSI emphasized that all ticket buyers must have a Garuda ID account. In addition, every official ticket purchase includes insurance coverage for spectators attending the matches.
Supporters are also strongly advised not to purchase tickets from scalpers. Buying tickets from unofficial sources may result in higher prices, invalid tickets, and other potential risks.
The friendly matches against China are seen as a crucial part of Indonesia U-17’s preparation ahead of the AFC U-17 Asian Cup 2026, which will feature 16 participating nations and run from April 30 to May 17, 2026, in Saudi Arabia.
